Ingredients
2cups Chicken stock
500ml Chicken bone broth
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon BBQ Sauce
1tablespoon Cider Vinegar
1 tablespoon Sriracha
1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
leftover brisket
Corn kernels
Softed boiled eggs
Ramen Noodles
Thin Sliced Cabbage
Sliced Jalapeno
Scallion
More BBQ sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
I used smoked leftover brisket for this .
Mix the stock with the soy sauce, bbq sauce, vinegar, sriracha, and sesame oil and bring to a boil.
Cook the noodles and strain. Add to the bowl. Add in the broth.
Boil eggs for 7 mins them add them to a bowl of ice water once cold peel and cut in half
Top with all the garnishes and serve.
